We have no safety or emissions testing in Iowa. I ride old crocks on bald tires. Small consolations for everything else we don’t have that Canada has….
However, there is a chokehold of custom bikes that can not get a saftey certificate which means no ownership no license. Its just way too tough and ridiculous. On top of that insurance companies up here will not insuranc eanything that is not 100% stock. Change the paint on your tank... no insurance. Iowa you say... :)
